About TeethXpress Dental Implants West Palm Beach, FL

Dental implants are state-of-the-art in replacement of missing teeth. They can be thought of as artificial “roots” to hold replacement teeth in the jaw. The “root” sits in the jawbone below the gum line and the visible tooth. The denture is then attached to the implant. Implants support individual artificial teeth, bridges and dentures and look and feel much like natural teeth.

While we wish no one would ever need dentures, sometimes they are the most reasonable option. In the past wearing dentures was the only form of dentistry available to improve a person’s smile. When they are indicated we take the time necessary to create attractive, well fitting dentures. They can’t beat a set of your own teeth when they are healthy and straight, but when natural teeth can’t be restored dentures look great and chew well.

If a person has lost too much of their jawbone to steady their dentures, implants can be placed. The dentures are attached to the implants to hold them firmly in place. If you have this problem, call us for a consultation appointment.

Dr. Mitchel Senft uses advanced techniques that allow you to actually see what your smile will look like beforehand. And he can adjust your dentures to ensure a natural look and a precise, comfortable fit. Contact South Florida Sedation Dentistry today to set up a consultation.

That is, in addition to be able to restore your implant(s) with a crown, a fixed bridge or an overdenture, Dr. Senft can also surgically place your implant(s) and if necessary rebuild your jawbone where it may be deficient from many years of tooth loss.

Dr. Senft is a Diplomate with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, an honor held by only a select group general dentists and specialists. He is also a Fellow with the Misch Implant Institute.

Whatever your dental needs may be, Dr. Senft has the training and the ability to give you the best that dentistry has to offer in one office.
