About TeethXpress Dental Implants Silver Spring, MD

Greater Maryland Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a TeethXpress provider that specializes in placing dental implants to replace missing teeth or securing loose or poorly fitting dentures. Dental implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. They are changing the way people live. After receiving dental implants, the person who has lost teeth, regains the ability to eat virtually anything. The new teeth appear natural and facial contours are preserved. We offer IV sedation dentistry so that you may relax or sleep in comfort during your implant procedure. Patients with dental implants can smile with confidence.

TeethXpress uses dental implants to securely anchor your denture to your jaw, preventing them from slipping or moving. Regain the ability to speak, smile and eat properly without the use of additional dental products. Contact Drs. Sweeney and Romanow today to discuss your options and find out if TeethXpress is the right solution for you.
