Dr. Lionel Bulford

Lionel Bulford is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended Columbia University School of Dentistry and Oral Surgery. His post-doctoral training included a residency and fellowship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Bulford spent three years on active duty with the U.S. Army and has been in private practice since 1998. Dr. Bulford is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and board certified dental anesthesiologist. In addition to his private practice responsibilities, Dr. Bulford is Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ellis Hospital, Co-Director of the Cleft Palate Clinic at Ellis Hospital, Co-Director of the GPR Oral Pathology CPC program at the Stratton VA Hospital and clinical professor in oral surgery residency program at Brooklyn Hospital.
