Dr. Oscar Vega
Dr. Oscar Vega is originally from Fairfax, Virginia. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated at the top of his class. Upon graduation, Dr. Vega pursued advanced surgical and sedation training at the University of Virginia, where he developed a passion for dental implants, comprehensive oral rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Vega has served as a part-time faculty at the VCU School of Dentistry where he was voted Teacher of the Year. He has a strong passion for teaching and is now on faculty at the University of Virginia General Practice Residency.
With his minimal free time, Dr. Vega enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Dr. Tasha Sauls, their precious son, Reece, and their two rambunctious bulldogs. They enjoy hiking, swimming, and traveling.
