Jeffrey B. Kravitz

Dr. Jeffrey B. Kravitz is a native New Yorker who has embraced New England as his home and lifelong professional location. Dr. Kravitz attained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the NYU College of Dentistry after graduating with a BA in biology, cum laude from the City University of New York. He completed a residency program at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, followed by life-long continuing education in dentistry—in particular dental implantology, which is his passion and area of focus.

When Dr. Kravitz was a dental student, he was frustrated that he could not help his grandmother with her dentures, which she could hardly wear. He told himself he would find a solution during his dental career, so that others would not have to endure what she went through. As implantology evolved, so did Dr. Kravitz’s travel and study with implant experts and pioneers all over the country.

Dr. Kravitz is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, where he holds the highest diplomate status. He is also a fellow of the Misch Implant Institute, as well as a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and other organizations. In short, Dr. Kravitz is a well-regarded practitioner, industry activist, and may be found sharing his implant expertise with other doctors as a study club lecturer.

Dr. Kravitz lives nearby with his wife, with whom he has two grown children. He is also involved in charitable events, mostly tied into his passion for running. He is an avid runner and has completed four marathons. His strongest running interest is in mountain running.
