About TeethXpress Dental Implants Issaquah, WA

Dr. Scott Clayhold opened his practice in 2004 in a new, high-tech facility designed with the help of some of the Issaquah, Washington, area’s top architects. Our intent was to create an office space that equally and best supports our patients and staff in a safe, comfortable, warm and flowing setting. At our state-of-the-art facility, Dr. Clayhold offers multiple alternatives to a traditional denture, when there is a need to replace several missing teeth. Using the TeethXpress dental implant procedure, in as little as one day, our team of experienced professionals provide patients with a new set of stable teeth and a beautiful new smile. Most people prefer procedures like TeethXpress over a denture. Other patients only require one dental implant to replace a single missing tooth.

We offer IV sedation so patients can fully relax or even sleep through their dental appointments. Family and friends waiting for their loved ones can imagine they are in their favorite café or coffee shop, complete with an easy-to-use espresso machine offering complimentary lattes, cappuccinos and americanos. When the weather gets chilly, we enjoy the ambiance of a fire in our fireplace, coaxing patients to linger just a little while longer. We are close to Lake Sammamish and the Issaquah Costco. If you require the replacement of missing teeth, dental implants may be the right choice for you. Contact our office today for a consultation!

Dr. Scott Clayhold

Dr. Scott Clayhold considers himself blessed to have been raised in a unique and diverse background. Born a New Zealander, Dr. Clayhold was raised in the Bellevue/Eastgate area. He currently holds both US and New Zealand citizenships. During Dr. Clayhold’s last year at Sammamish High School, his family moved back to New Zealand, where he earned an honors commendation in tandem with both his medical and dental degrees. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Clayhold returned to the United States, married a Kirkland girl and moved to Chicago.

While in Chicago, he completed a two-year anesthesia internship, followed by a four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Following his training in Chicago, Dr. Clayhold accepted a position in Spokane, Washington, where he worked for two years. Missing family as well as the west side of the mountains, his family made the decision to move west and start a new practice in the place they love most, the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery at one of the country’s finest programs, his key interest is dentoalveolar surgery with a particular passion for dental implants and related treatments.

Dr. Clayhold attributes his survival of the rigorous education process and residency to his very patient and loving wife, Anna Marie. Their children, Cody, Kallysta, Cassie and Kayda are their pride and joy! During his spare time, he and the family enjoy a variety of activities including skiing, water sports, travel, reading and spending time in the outdoors fishing and hiking. As the years with their children progressed, Scott developed a passion for the sidelines for soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming meets and tennis. He even dabbled in coaching indoor soccer. Walking alongside his son as he became an Eagle Scout, just like dad, was a real highlight.
