Dr. Frank Kuzmin

Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Kuzmin has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years. Dr. Kuzmin attended Tuft’s University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, and has been continuing his education ever since. ‍After completing dental school at Tuft’s, he went on to complete his General Practice Residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA.

Dr. Kuzmin then opened his first practice in Northampton, PA. After moving to Connecticut, Dr. Kuzmin opened his practice, Torrington Dental Care, where he provided high-quality dental care to the community for over 20 years.

Dr. Kuzmin is deeply passionate about maintaining the highest standard of care for his patients. He has completed numerous continuing education programs to master implant and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Kuzmin is a graduate of the MaxiCourse dental implant continuum, and the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute advance dental implant continuum. He is a Misch Surgical Fellow, a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

He is proud of his accomplishments in continuing education, through which he has become a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Diplomate of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Misch Surgical Fellow.

The heart of Dr. Kuzmin’s approach is rooted in patient-centric, individualized dental care that achieves a level of excellence unmatched by others. When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Kuzmin enjoys capturing beautiful images through photography and spending time at the beach. He especially loves spending time with his lovely wife, three amazing children, two beautiful grandsons, and his basset hound Theo.
