At Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery we take great pride in our customized approach to oral care. This method allows our eight board-certified oral surgeons to develop a dental implant plan around each patient’s unique circumstance, for a beautiful outcome. We help patients to smile again with confidence and to eat from a wide variety of favorite food choices.

Our six high-tech, state-of-the-art oral surgery facilities are conveniently located in Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Huntsville, and two locations in The Woodlands, Texas. When you arrive, our friendly staff will help you feel comfortable while they gather details necessary to meet your needs. Some patients require only one or two dental implants to replace their missing teeth. Others choose the TeethXpress procedure to achieve a beautiful new set of teeth, in as little as a few short hours.

To avoid any discomfort during the implant procedures, most patients prefer our IV sedation or general anesthesia services. This allows for complete relaxation. Most patients will sleep through their implant procedures. Contact our office today. Schedule a consultation and find out if dental implants are the best solution for you.
