Dr. Gerald Schneeberger

Dr. Gerald Schneeberger has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery in the North Country since 1991. With offices in Watertown and Potsdam, he is proud to have the opportunity to serve the needs of everyone in Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Lewis, Oswego, Essex and Clinton counties of New York.

Dr. Schneeberger attended dental school at the University of Buffalo and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1987. He went on to specialize in oral and maxillofacial surgery, completing his residency in 1991. He then moved with his family to Watertown, New York, to begin his career. Dr. Schneeberger became a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994 and has been performing exceptional dental implant care for his patients throughout his career. He continues to regularly attend educational courses and symposia to remain current in his profession. It is his goal to offer his patients the latest advances in technology, diagnostics, techniques and materials.

Dr. Reed Attisha

Dr. Reed Attisha is a board certified, double degree (DMD and MD) oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Attisha completed his doctor of dental medicine degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Louisville in 2007. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Kentucky in 2013. There, he obtained advanced training in all phases of oral and maxillofacial surgery, received his medical degree and completed a one-year residency in general surgery. After completing his six-year surgical training program, he moved to Watertown, New York, and joined the reputable practice of Dr. Schneeberger.

Dr. Attisha successfully completed the dual stage board certification process in oral and maxillofacial surgery, passing both the written and oral examinations and is dually licensed in the practices of medicine and dentistry. Dr. Attisha is the president of the Jefferson Lewis County Dental Society, which he has been a part of since 2014. He is also an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. He maintains an active hospital surgical staff appointment at Samaritan Medical Center.

In his scarce free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching soccer and traveling to Canada and Michigan to see family and friends.
