Over 22.3 million endodontic procedures are performed annually in order to try to save patients’ teeth in the United States.  However, more than 36 million Americans are missing all of their teeth. As an implantologist and board certified endodontist, Dr. Horalek advises patients on when to save teeth, replace a tooth or teeth, or when to restore a full-arch of teeth with dental implants.

Full-arch tooth loss (edentulism) is a common concern for millions of Americans. Not only does tooth loss affect the way one eats and speaks, it can diminish self-confidence and cause loss of bone in the jaw. Edentulous patients often turn to ill-fitting dentures.

Dr. Horalek offers TeethXpress immediate load solution. TeethXpress is an alternative solution to dentures, partials and crowns.  TeethXpress uses dental implants to support a natural looking, full-arch bridge that won’t slip or click. When full-arch restoration is indicated, the entire procedure and final restoration can be completed in one day. Contact Dr. Horalek today to find out if TeethXpress is right for you.
