Dr. Kennie Kwok
Dr. Kennie Kwok graduated magna cum laude and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Boston University Goldman School of Medicine. Dr. Kwok continued his dental education as a General Practice Resident at New York University Lutheran Medical Center, where he also went on to complete a three-year Certificate in Periodontology and serve as chief resident. As a board-certified periodontist, Dr. Kwok has made significant achievements beyond the standard scope of educational requirements. He continues to take every opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in periodontics and implant dentistry with the intent to continue to optimize the oral health of all his patients.
In addition to his specialty training, he has earned certificates and certifications in a number of modern techniques and procedures, including the Chao Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation Technique, the LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure) protocol and TeethXpress. Dr. Kwok serves as a volunteer faculty member at the University of California, San Diego, and maintains strong ties to the dental community through his memberships in several prestigious associations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the San Diego County Dental Society. Patient care, comfort, and education are at the forefront of Dr. Kwok’s practice.
